Our tag line is “…bee at ease...”. This connotes a commitment to the broad principles of Black Economic Empowerment as well as a play on our ‘bee’  logo, indicating that ‘…we take the sting out of legal problems…’
It is our intention to grow our practice with a focus on the BEE Act and on direct and indirect Black empowerment and the promotion of human resource development.
 
The Practice
 
Our proprietor is Roy Bregman (BA LLB) who commenced practice in 1974. He works in close association with his father, Nat Bregman, of Bregmans Inc who has been a specialist conveyancer for over 60 years. Our associates are Frank Theart (BA LLB) (family, labour and commercial law) and Una du Toit (BA LLB) (conveyancer and family law specialist).
  
In September 2005, Trixi Neethling and Nthabiseng Motaung joined our firm as paralegal assistants. Trixi has had many years of experience in family and insolvency law. She has completed her LLB and is about to serve articles with Roy Bregman. Nthabiseng works exclusively in our labour law department and appears regularly in the CCMA and bargaining councils at conciliations.
 
Our support staff consists of Melanie Bregman (accounts), Badiri Morake (reception), Tebogo Makobela (office assistant) and Beverley Habib (assistant to Trixi Neethling).
